Background:
I’ve been a very big fan
of the WKL 60% layout since I saw xondat do it for the first
X60 run. I definitely thought it was weird at first but
after using an MX HHKB board I realized they’re more or less
the same, just with slightly different blocker situations. I
think with the popularity of the X60, combined with the
success of the E6-V2 and its WKL version, followed by the
QXP, and now with KBDFans’ budget Tofu option, we’re
entering the golden era of WKL 60%.
If you know me you
know I’m a huge Japan buff and the mythology and folklore is
not excluded – my 78-key layout (only teased in Discord
) design draws its name from the sword passed down from
the gods to the imperial family, Kusanagi. In a similar
sense this board draws its name from the mythological
three-legged raven that symbolizes divine intervention.
Please
keep in mind that this is a very early design and I am
seeking out community feedback and constructive criticism
(as well as find out what board I unintentionally copied)!
