Dango40
A Sweet 40%
Google Form
Hey guys, I hope everyones day is going well!
Weve been
working hard to get this prototype just right, I initially
started this project back in June of last year so Im glad
its progressed this far and for all the people that are
interested in this board and have posted questions on older
ICs and my discord. This board is was inspired by the hanami
dango, keeping it small and simple yet looking good I knew
that a 40% would be perfect to fit the look I wanted to
create. The manufacturing was done here in the USA by CadLab
CNC a local machinist with loads of talent and care for the
small details when it comes to metalworking, we took care of
using the best metals when working with this board so you
have a high-quality board in your hand when you receive
it.

I had the idea
come to me to offer a limited run for this dango cap that
you can add to your order,
I really want to do it in
brass to match the whole theme but I might also offer it in
some different styles like resin or aluminum
with some
nice art drawn on it. So far this is only an idea but one I
really want to produce that will come out with the board!
::: FAQ :::
Q. When is the groupbuy date?
A. Theres no current date as of yet.
Q. How many boards will be made?
A. I’m looking to make sure that the amount of boards
made isn’t too high, so it will be on a FCFS basis.
Q. Will there be Ortho?
A. I didn’t think of ortho when making the board so
currently there will be no ortho support, maybe in a R2 I’ll
add support if there is a majority that would like it.
Q. Will there be hotswap?
A. I wanted to stick to the roots on this board and
solder was the way to go, I feel like there are a lot of
people that appreciate
the effort that goes into
soldering your own board and it’s something that I wanted to
fulfill when building this board.

machinist that made this happen!
Rikkachet: Couldn’t
have started this without him.
Taylor: Helped with the
whole PCB process.
Stupidfish1: Provided the nice case
and plate foam!
Trousers: Helped with early renders and
taught me how to make renders!
And to everyone else
that took time out of their day to either answer my
questions or even take a look at my IC forms!
