RE:65
I. INTRO:DUCTION

The RE:65 is our 65% top-mount keyboard.
At re:search labs, our goal is to introduce a minimalist yet enticing board.
While allowing the board to remain brand-less, its distinct design will give it a recognizable character.
We also aim to give our customers the creative freedom to customize their own unique boards.
You know what’s up. Milled metal. Anodized. Polished. Coated. Customizable.
Minimal. Not boring.

RE:65 Prototype Typing Test
iPhone Shots Of RE:65 Prototype
01/28/2021- Few changes made on certain parts of the board:

  • Widened space gap between keycaps and chassis
  • Lowered plate/pcb position in order to eliminate vertical space between caps and chassis
Revised prototype ordered. We will include a more in depth build/full sound test once we receive the board.
    VII. INTEREST CHECK FORM
    VIII. F.A.Q

Q: Do you do international shipping?
A: For the first round of group buys, we are planning only to ship CONUS.
Q: How much does your board cost?
A: TBD. Our goal is to have most (if not all) parts designed and manufactured in California (specifically the Bay Area) to eliminate long turn around times. We are currently negotiating pricings with our vendors.
Q: When will the group buy officially start?
A: We are planning on releasing the group buy by the end of the month.
Q: How many boards do you plan on releasing?
A: For our first run tentatively ~20 due to quality control, manufacturing and shipping logistics. We will run a larger group buy in the following run.
Q: Do you have any social media?
A: We made an instagram! @re.searchlab
