GMK Cobalt

Lets continue to explore the world around us through
chemistry, biology, physics, history, and lore. With our
next chapter we explore element 27, Cobalt. Cobalt is a
truly remarkable element, which will be revealed as this
Interest Check progresses. Again with my novelties kit, we
get to have some fun, bringing seemingly totally unrelated
items together under a single theme. I think this may be the
most interesting group yet, so I look forward to your
feedback and hope you have as much fun with them as I did
seeing them come to life (and get a chance to win one– read
on)
Colour inspiration

This glass is coloured using Cobalt and that pop that
you get in the glass is what I wanted to capture in the blue
of the set

that is also the colour of a Cobalt based compound

Cobalt in its pure form tends to be a silvery colour
but not to light, and in this case RAL 7001 Silver grey
worked perfectly
