Igris V1: Throwback to Cone Feet
iC FORM
Technical Specs & Information

  • WKL TKL

  • 0.25mm engraving

  • 20mm tall flat keyboard with screw in cone feet to adjust the angle.

  • Top Mount only (sorry no gaskets)

  • 2mm polycarbonate plate and 1.5mm aluminum plate Koala/Whale/Jane V2 compatible plate

  • 15 mm feet = 8°

  • 13 mm feet = 7°

  • 11 mm feet = 5°

  • H87A compatible

  • Prototype made in 6063 aluminum
    Price

  • 30 Units: $500

  • 100 Units: $400
Unfortunately, even though cone feet is supposed to be a cost savings measure, low quantity runs cannot pass the cost savings to us. I will update when I get a quote for 100 units if there is enough interest.
    Feedback on Colors???

My philosophy with colors is to be as simple as possible to avoid as many quality and matching issues. I do not plan on entertaining custom colors or any other color than what I have specified. Thank you.

  • Space Gray with Red Plate?

  • Black or e-Black with Red Plate?

  • Red with Black Plate?
    Engraving
I currently have my last name engraved on the keyboard

I am open to engraving the Igris name on the board, or offer no engraving option, the factory does seem to mind engraving

Prototype Pictures in Space Gray and Red

    Upcoming Details

  • Sending Prototype to be built by Velvet & Maxf

  • Check fitment with 2mm plate and H87A rev 1.8 PCB (rev 1 has a lowered USB port, oops)

  • New Prototype address small details

  • New Prototype to test brass and e-coat version

  • Test new feet design and angling

  • V2 for non-cone feet lovers?

Obligatory and Unnecessary Keyboard Lore for Geekhack Interest Checks
The keyboard is named after Sung Jin-Woo’s summoning, Blood Red Commander Igris from the LN and Manwha Solo Leveling by Chu-Gong. The keyboard design was inspired by old school Korean customs.
